Description

German packaging!

Berghofer Mühle baking mixes are made with freshly ground grains and the best ingredients. Easily bake your own bread at home now! The bread mixes are also suitable for bread machines.

You'll need:

400ml lukewarm water, 2 tablespoons of oil, 11g dried yeast

Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, mix 400 ml of lukewarm water with the yeast and the oil.
Add the baking mix.
Knead quickly and vigorously to form a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a greased and floured (rice flour) baking pan, cover and let rest at room temperature for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven (convection at 200°C).
Slide the baking pan into the preheated oven.
Immediately after placing in the oven, spray the oven floor with water from a pump spray bottle to create steam.
Baking time approx. 45 - 60 min.
After baking, the bread must sound "hollow" when knocked on the underside.
Let it cool on a cooling rack before slicing. Enjoy!
