Dr. Oetker Gelierfix 2:1 with its strong gelling property is the ideal gelling agent for making jams, marmalades and jellies. It can be used with different types of sugar including refined (white) sugar, brown sugar, raw cane sugar, fructose and even liquid sweetener. It does not contain palm oil. The pack includes 12 self-adhesive labels.

Usage tip:
1500 g fruit for 500 g sugar.
