Description

Bakers and cooks have relied on Dr. Oetker Whipping Cream Stabiliser for years to keep their cream cakes and cream toppings stable and last longer. The cream stabiliser keeps whipped cream stiff and prevents the cake from becoming soggy when it is piped onto cake bases, for instance.

Recommended use:

  1. Whip 1/4 litre of chilled liquid whipping cream with a handheld mixer (low speed) for about half a minute.
  2. Add the contents of one sachet of cream stabiliser, stirring constantly. At this point, you can also add sugar or vanilla sugar if desired.
  3. Whip on the highest setting until it reaches the desired consistency.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
