Description

Dr. Oetker Cake Icing is suitable for icing cakes, biscuits and much more. Simply warm it up in a bain-marie (hot water bath) or in the microwave to liquefy and spread it on cakes, cookies etc. or use it as a dip.

Recommendations for use:

  • Water bath: Place the unopened cup in hot but not boiling water for 25 - 30 minutes. Take it out, remove the lid and stir until smooth.
  • Microwave: Remove the lid completely and heat the open cup for 90 seconds at 300 W. Stir it well and continue to heat in 10-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
