Description
"Tomino" is a regional word meaning "little cheese" in the Piedmont region of Italy. And that is exactly what Tomino is - a young, mildly ripened soft cheese that is perfectly suitable for grilling and roasting. This speciality is marinated in sunflower oil and seasoned with juniper. The full-bodied soft taste without any sharpness is a delight for the whole family - from children to adults. It can be served straight from the jar or roasted or griled.
