This light yellow semi-hard cheese with its typically mild taste, finely sour note and smooth texture is historically significant. The red wax coat that protects it from drying out also pays homage to the sealing wax of the official scribes of the Imperial and Royal Dual Monarchy. A wonderful cheese for the whole family!
