Description
Ajvar is very popular in several countries such as Macedonia, Croatia, Serbia and Romania. Roasted red peppers, hot peppers, aubergines and spices are ground to a creamy paste according to traditional recipes handed down for generations. Only natural ingredients are used to make the delicious spicy variant of ajvar by Merak.
The spicy vegetable condiment is perfect when served with grilled meats. Thanks to its creamy texture, it also tastes delicious as a spread on bread, as a dip or in sauces.
