Description
Ajvar is a creamy vegetable condiment made of roasted red peppers and a variety of other vegetables. This mild and aromatic variety of ajvar by Merak includes aubergines, oil, salt and sugar in addition to mild red peppers.
Mild ajvar tastes delicious with grilled and roasted meats and can be used to flavour stews and soups such as goulash. It can also be served as a dip with raw vegetables or as a spread on bread.
