Description
The Organic White Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Greenomic is obtained from 100% Koroneiki olives. Koroneiki olive oil is considered by connoisseurs to be one of the best varieties of olive oil.
The olives for this organic olive oil grow in the Greek village of Melissi and are carefully harvested by hand in November. Due to the early harvest of the unripe fruits, the yield is low. However, the olives from this harvest are characterised by a particularly fine, medium fruity taste.
In order to preserve taste and quality, the oil is obtained by mechanical cold pressing (below 27°C) and bottled unfiltered.
