Description
The Organic Green Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Greenomic, obtained from hand-picked, unripe Patrinia olives, is a particularly exclusive oil. The Patrinia olive is a rare variety with a fine, mild aroma.
Olives for this special organic olive oil are harvested in November in the Greek village of Melissi. During this early harvest, the yield is lower, but the fruits have a particularly fine aroma.
The extra virgin olive oil is mechanically cold-pressed (< 27°C) and is unfiltered.
