How to use:
Lupine flour contains a variety of valuable nutrients. It can be enjoyed as a protein drink, mixed into soups and dressings, or used in bread, cakes and other baked goods.

  • For baking: up to 20% of the required flour amount in recipes can be replaced with sweet lupine flour.
  • For use as an egg substitute: mix 1 tablespoon of sweet lupine flour with 2 tablespoons of water. This amount replaces 1 egg in most recipes for dough or cake.
