VegEgg by Arche is the perfect alternative to eggs in many recipes for baking and cooking - and not just for vegans. You can use it just like eggs and use it in your favorite recipes for waffles, cakes or pancakes. Gone are the days when expired eggs or too few eggs in the fridge were a reason for last-minute shopping sprees. Simply fetch VegEgg from your pantry and get started.

But VegEgg doesn't just ensure a fluffy dough or batter. It is also great for casseroles and gratins. It consists of lupine flour, corn starch with locust bean gum as a thickener and turmeric to give it the typical colour of egg yolks. All ingredients are organically grown.

Note: VegEgg is not suitable for preparing egg dishes such as omelets or scrambled eggs.

Usage and preparation: 1 tbsp Arche Bio VegEgg replaces 1 egg.

1. For each egg in the recipe, mix 1 heaped tablespoon of powder with 30 ml of water.
2. Allow the mixture to soak for 5 minutes.
3. Stir well again.
4. Use as per the recipe.
