Zotter Chocolate Organic White Poppy with Cinnamon and Apricot Spirit

One layer of white chocolate and white poppy seeds with a hint of cinnamon. White poppy seed is an old variety that tastes nuttier than dark poppy seeds. Topped with a second layer consisting of apricot couverture and apricot brandy that give it an exquisite taste with fruity nuances. The two layers are enclosed in fine dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
