This 75% pure cocoa dark origins chocolate is made with an Ecuadorian cocoa with floral notes.

Arriba is a type of cocoa that is truly original. Found in Ecuador, it has such a unique aroma that it competes with the Criollo Cocoa from Central America for memorable scents. Grown in the cocoa region of Los Ríos, the landscape where the beans grow are traversed by many rivers, making it easy to bring the harvest downstream for sales. The name reveals where this cocoa is found: Arriba! This Spanish word means "from above" and has become a label of quality for itself. To retain the floral bouquet, the beans are only processed for a short time.
