TartufLanghe produces this very special truffle oil, calling it "L'oro in cucina", which loosely translated means "Gold for the kitchen". The fruity, mild olive oil and fine slices of white truffles combine to create an irresistible flavour combination.
The 100% pure olive oil is traditionally produced in Italy and is made in "extra virgin" quality, which is the best quality possible.
Half a teaspoon per serving is enough to prepare cold and warm dishes such as:
- Carpaccio
- Pasta and risotto
- Meat dishes
- Salads, cheese and eggs
