The Romagna Type 2 flour by Sapore di Sole is obtained by milling old and traditional soft wheat varieties. The wheat gets integrated into the natural seed crossings on the field. Type 2 flour is ideal for making smooth dough for bread, pizza, piadina or puff pastry. Also suitable for use in biscuit/cookie recipes and desserts.
