Description
Only the best shell-less pumpkin seeds from certified organic farming are used for the production of Styrian organic pumpkin seed oil. Carefully cleaned and finely ground in a stone mill, the pumpkin seeds are only mixed with water and salt. This seed mash is roasted and gently pressed, producing the delicious nutty aroma typical of Styrian pumpkin seed oil.
In compliance with strict guidelines, only pumpkin seeds from certain Austrian districts are used for this oil. This ensures that only the best ingredients are processed. Inspections, field inspections and harvest inspections are carried out on a regular basis to ensure the high quality of the pumpkin seed oil.
