How to use:

1. Place a few teaspoons of sprouting seeds in the sprout jar. Close the jar with the lid with the strainer on it. Wash the seeds well several times by filling the jar with water and pouring it out through the lid.
2. Soak the seeds in water for the specified time.
3. Rinse the sprouts well 1-2 times a day, empty the water through the sieve lid and place the jar on a plate at an angle so that the excess water can drain off easily.
4. After a few days, your sprouts will be ready. Enjoy on sandwiches, in salads or as a garnish.
