Mattei's traditional double-baked almond biscuits have been made since 1858 with the same recipe! The fresh ingredients especially the freshly beaten eggs and the high content of aromatic almonds and pine nuts give these biscuits an unmistakably exquisite taste. They complement coffee and tea and are great with young sparkling wines and elegantly aged wines too - once Mattei, always Mattei!
