White grape must was mixed with wine vinegar and matured in oak barrels. The excellent condimento from the producer Malpighi flavours shellfish, seafood, vegetable salads and fruit. The small bottle also fits well in a travelling bag and even in the handbag of connoisseurs who are annoyed by the poor quality of vinegar in restaurants
