German packaging: Bio Capriccio Mühle

Six different very elegant flavours combined in a spice mill.

Highlights:

  • Cubeb Pepper: the peppercorns are harvested when they are immature and have a mild, peppery, spicy taste with a hint of cloves.
  • Long Pepper: is harvested and dried in various stages of maturity. Long pepper can be used as a substitute for conventional black pepper. Due to its strong flavours, it should be used discreetly.
  • Green Jungle Pepper: The green pepper is harvested very early before it is mature and is specially treated to stop its fermentation. The peppercorns are dried at high temperature and have a very mild flavour.
  • Allspice: contains the essential oil eugenol, which is spicy. Allspice belongs to the Myrtle plant family.

Very intense flavour, spicy with a compact taste.

Preparation:

  • In order to give the dish a certain kick, one should add the pepper after cooking so as not to lose the special taste.
