Description
Beechwood is a true classic. It is not only ideal as firewood but can also be used as smoking wood because of its particularly pleasant, smoky aroma. The 8-10 cm size pieces are free from bark, PEFC certified, untreated and air-dried.

Recommendation: Beechwood chunks are particularly suitable for white and dark meat as well as fish and vegetables.

Additional Information
How to use: Before using, soak the chunks in water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and place the chunks on glowing charcoal. This releases the aromatic smoke from the wood chunks which is transferred to the food being grilled.
