Description
This fettuccine is made from durum wheat semolina using a traditional bronze process. It not only looks spectacular - it also tastes great! The "Good Hair Day Pasta" packaging catches the eye with its charm, and the colourful pasta is sure to put you in a good mood.
The pasta receives its rough surface as the dough is pressed between two bronze plates. This special processing system ensures that sauces stick well to the noodles and that they keep their firm nature even when cooked. The natural flavour of the noodles makes them perfect for creating your own sauce. Save a little of the pasta water from cooking, then add parmesan and butter and stir in a sauce pan until combined. YUM! Buon appetito!
