Classic bruschetta is made with toasted pieces of bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bruschetta makes a wonderful antipasti dish and is often served with fresh chopped tomatoes and basil.
To give the Bruschetta its authentic Italian flavour, this spice blend contains oregano, dried lemons, granulated tomatoes and garlic. Take your taste buds travelling! The hot chilli peppers included in the mix give it a bit of flair, making it a truly special blend.
The mix comes with a beechwood cooking utensil.
How to use: Stir the bruschetta mix into olive oil and a bit of warm water to make a paste, then spread it over your toasted bread. It also makes a delicious dip for veggies or grissini breadsticks.
