This olive oil made from 100% Taggiasca has been popular in upscale professional kitchens for decades. The perfect balance of sweetness, spiciness and bitterness goes well with delicate dishes. Fish, raw fish carpaccio, light vegetables or homemade vanilla ice cream benefit from the mild, fruity taste of this olive variety which is native to Liguria.

About the taste:
In the nose, the oil unfolds a floral, sweet note of pine nuts, almonds and ripe apples with a light touch of citrus.
