Birkengold Goldstaub is the ideal alternative to conventional icing sugar. The bag contains 350 grams of the highest quality xylitol and is ideal for baking and decorating. It is just as sweet as sugar but has 40% fewer calories and has little influence on the blood sugar level.

Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.
