Description

Whole Cane Sugar is an unrefined sugar that contains the whole molasses part of the sugar cane. This gives the sweetener its crumbly malty taste and brown colour.

When processing, the fresh sugar cane juice is slowly thickened until it dries and is sieved.

Storage note:

The whole cane sugar attracts water and tends to clump easily. Therefore, it should be kept in an airtight jar.
