The adapter for induction plates was developed by Bialetti to enable the use of the Bialetti aluminium stovetop espresso makers on induction hobs as well.

• Suitable for Bialetti espresso makers with a size of up to 6 cups
• Plate made of stainless steel
• Handle made of heat-resistant borosilicate
• Ø 13 cm
• Length incl. handle approx. 25.5 cm

How to use:

• Place the adapter plate on the induction hob.
• Place the Bialetti stovetop espresso maker (filled with water and coffee grounds) on the plate.
• Turn it on to medium heat.
• Turn it off once the coffee is ready and remove the espresso maker from the adapter plate.

Operating Instructions:

• Do not leave it unattended during operation
• Do not use abrasives while cleaning
• The plate can be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended
• Product not suitable for use in the oven or in a microwave
