Zotter Chocolate Umathum Red Wine Chocolate

Noble Bitter Chocolate filled with Umathum red wine cream and raisins – A pithy cherry-fruit note coupled with a light wild strawberry character distinguishes the Burgenland wine from the winery Umathum. It is cultivated using Demeter’s biodynamic guidelines, handpicking and brought into the cellar. Over there it merges with high percentage dark chocolate as well as grapes that have been soused in red wine and fire water.
