Zotter Chocolate "Strong Beer" Mini Chocolate

Dark mountain milk chocolate filled with beer ganache makes for a seductively tasty flavour! For this special chocolate, an Indian Pale Ale called Nicobar IPA from the award-winning Salzburg organic small brewery Gusswerk is processed together with dark chocolate, caramel couverture and hazelnut nougat to make delicious ganache that is surrounded by dark mountain milk chocolate for a unique flavour.
