This vegan cake is made with dark chocolate rice chocolate, the milk chocolate alternative with 50% cocoa. This dark chocolate is made with rice milk and is embellished with roasted hazelnuts and cinnamon. Freshly ground Zentrofan whole meal flour, sugar, sunflower oil, and applesauce keeps this cake moist and fresh.
