This fruity wine chocolate contains white wine from Zotter's Biotopia vineyard where grapevines thrive in mixed cultivation with other fruit trees.
This symbiosis is reflected in this chocolate creation where the sweet fruity layer made with apples and pears harmonises perfectly with the white wine ganache.
A fine milk chocolate couverture (50% cocoa) encases the fine filling.
