Description

This fine chocolate owes its distinctive taste to the finest organic milk from the mountain farms of Tyrol.
The chocolate is not as sweet as other white chocolate because here the sugar has been proportionately replaced with finely ground almonds. While the ground almonds are not noticeable in the texture, they lend a light almond sweetness to the chocolate.
