This chocolate bar is made with a white praline ganache with fine vanilla, that's been jazzed up with small caramelised crisp poppy seeds harvested in the Waldviertel region. The Waldviertler poppy is a regional delicacy that is protected by the EU. Covered with light mountain milk chocolate with 40% cocoa.
