Description
This chocolate is not for the faint of heart. Hazelnut nougat and an India Pale Ale Nicobar IPA brewed by the organic microbrewery Gusswerk in Salzburg are blended into a chocolate ganache made of dark chocolate (70% cocoa). This is topped with a thin layer of caramelised malt brittle and it's all covered in delicious mountain milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content. This creates a special treat with extraordinary flavours.
