This chocolate is the perfect accompaniment to a fine glass of red wine. The interplay of flavours brings out the notes in your wine as the bar was specially developed for chocolate and wine tastings.

Enjoy fragrance notes of red berries, citrus and mildly fermented red wine. On the palate, enjoy light notes of olives, cream and button mushrooms, intense fruit accents from red berries and cherries and slightly spicy notes. The finale is characterized by a fruity spiciness.
