Zotter Chocolate Labooko Morello Cherry

Morello cherries transformed into chocolate. A bright red cherry bar with an extremely high fruit content is surprising in its entirely natural and intense morello cherry flavour.

Josef Zotter tinkered for very long inside his bean-to-bar factory to be able to put this particular fruit into his chocolate. A special process ensures that the texture of the chocolate is refined so that it feels like the morello cherries are melting in your mouth. Amazing! With the subtle sweetness of raw cane sugar and a sour and fresh hint of lemon.
