Description

The Nepalese highland region of Khumbu is located at an altitude of over 3000 m and offers the best conditions for cultivating Szechuan pepper. The pepper develops a rich flavour with exotic notes of salted lime, tart orange and liquorice. On the palate, a tingling flavour rounded out with a slight spiciness. Hand-picked wild harvest.
