These healthy spice mills from the Silvia Heinrich winery are not just for wine lovers!

After the wine harvest and pressing, things really get going for Silvia Heinrich's daughters Julia and Anna. They hand-separate grape seeds from the pomace and gently dry them in the sun.

Grape seeds are one of the richest sources of OPC. According to scientific studies, their anti-oxidative potential is almost 20 times greater than that of vitamin E and 50 times as effective as the anti-oxidative power of vitamin C.

The "Rosemary" spice blend goes well with many dishes. Enjoy it on roasted meat, ratatouille or with vegetable dishes and potatoes.
