Description

This still young Grauburgunder from the Schlossberg vineyard belongs to the reserve category and is a little exotic in the Wagram wine-growing region. A creamy white wine with an impressive aroma and great style.

Fermented in steel tanks and matured in 500-litre wooden barrels, this fruity, slightly exotic wine shimmers golden yellow in the glass. Round and balanced on the nose and palate. Spices, orange zest and some mango accompany the delicately mineral and salty finish. A fine acidity ensures the drinking flow.

A great wine for autumn and winter.
Pairs well with many dishes including roast veal, game meat pies and pasta with hearty sauces.
