Description
500 ml of fragrant, fruity balsamic vinegar for everyday cooking. It was matured over several weeks in wooden barrels. It has notes of blackcurrant and a warm, grapey taste on the palate. This balsamic vinegar is a pleasant companion to salads and has low acidity. It is suitable for autumn salads, cheese and dark sauces. Mushrooms and vegetable soups also benefit from its fruitiness.
