Description
GlühFix is a natural mulled wine spice mix. Make your own aromatic mulled wine by adding wine or must and a little sugar - the perfect way to recreate the fragrant vibes of a Christmas market in your home! This spice mix can also be used to season red cabbage and fruit compotes.
Method for making a cup of mulled wine:
- Pour 250 ml hot wine or must (max. 72 °C) over 1 GlühFix infusion bag in a cup.
- Steep for at least 10 minutes.
- Sweeten to taste.
For a non-alcoholic version:
- Pour 250 ml hot grape juice or apple juice (max. 72 °C) over 1 GlühFix teabag in a cup.
- Steep for at least 10 minutes.
- Sweeten to taste.
