The combination of honey and mustard is well known and well loved. TartufLanghe goes one step further and complements spicy mustard and sweet wildflower honey with the characteristic flavour of the white truffles. White truffles are also known as Alba truffles - they are a coveted delicacy.
This sauce goes perfectly with smoked or pickled salmon and other smoked fish, but can be enjoyed with many different dishes!
Tip: Try the honey-truffle mustard with grilled meat or vegetable dishes, with a cheese platter or on your favourite sandwich.
