Description

This spice blend is perfect for any type of seafood, from fish to crustaceans. The extraordinary spice mixture conjures up delicious scents of Spanish and Mexican dishes.

Recipe: Pil Pil Prawns

Option 1: Fry the shrimp, prawns or scampi in high-quality olive oil. Add the Pil Pil, seasoning, distribute well and allow to the mixture to stand for a few minutes so the flavours can develop.
Option 2: a marinade: mix 4 tbsp of high-quality olive oil and 1 tsp of the Pil Pil spice. Coat the prawns in the marinade and steam or grill over low heat.
