This sophisticated blend of beech smoke and spices includes sweet and spicy flavours and adds a black colour to your food thanks to the activated charcoal the mixture contains. The charcoal does not mean your food will burn but gives it a wonderfully crunchy black crust for an eye-catching contrast to your pink meat.
