The spicy crowning glory on your grilled meat and vegetables: intensely flavoured Barbecue Salt by Stay Spiced! It contains tenderly melting rock salt flakes (from the Himalayan foothills) refined with fine aromatic spices such as onion, lovage, bay leaves and tarragon. Lemon peel and exotic sumac provide a fruity-tangy note.
Tip: For the salt flakes to unfurl their full flavour, we recommend using this barbecue salt as a table spice and finishing spice. Do not use it to season food before grilling.
