Description
Sencha is a classic green tea classic from Japan and is famous for its variety of flavours. This Sencha tea by Sonnentor has a pleasantly tart aftertaste. The leaves are harvested from tea bushes that grow in direct sunlight without shade and therefore have a more intense taste. 100% natural, vegan and without added salt or sugar, it is perfect when served with savoury delicacies.
Tip: Never pour boiling hot water over green tea. Water at a temperature between 70°C and 80°C preserves the delicate aromas. A short steeping time of one and a half to a maximum of three minutes is ideal.
