Description
This subtle and powerfully organic coffee is made of 100% Arabica coffee of the Caturra variety.
Organic farmer Don José Maria Castro lives with his family in northern Nicaragua in the cloud forests of the province of Jinotega. There, the aromatic highland coffee grows under shady trees. Castro is one of the organic growers working with the cooperatives that Sonnentor purchases their highland coffee through.
