Excellent juice, very sour and bitter but I believe sour and bitter foods and drinks are much better for the body than sweet foods/drinks

Its flavour is like lime and lemon mixed together, if you add some honey or brown sugar it would make an amazing lemonade,
I believe that Bergamot juice is a great detoxifier and would help a person to lose weight quickly,

I read that Bergamots are excellent at reducing cholesterol as well
