Description

Orecchiette are hand-shaped pasta that look like little ears. They originally come from Puglia, southern Italy, and are revered there. Traditionally, this pasta made from durum wheat semolina is eaten with cima di rapa (a type cabbage) and peperoncino (chilli). It is also often served with lamb, broccoli, seafood or rocket.

Recommended cooking time: 12-16 minutes for the perfect al dente consistency.
